Question: How to lose weight and quick!. I need help!.!?
I'm thirteen and i need help!. School is starting soon and i really want to lose weight but how!?
I don't want to be anorexic though!. I'm to scared to be!. I really want to be only 85 lbs if thats possible!. I shot from 75lbs to 106 in 3 months and i need to lose it!. Help me please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!. there isn't any real quick way to lose weight!.


You just have to diet and exercise!.

Well!.!. this helped my friend who wanted to lose weight!.!.!.

i suggest laying on the floor the place your hands where you
would to do a push up, leave your legs flat on the floor and extent your arms fully, this will help your stomach muscles warm up,

next flip over and do a set of 30 crunches but don't go all the way up!.

for thighs!. lay on your side, place your arm that your laying on flat out infront of you o were you have balance and bring your leg out and up then repeat, i did a set of 30, it isn't very tiring you could do more!.



or you could always!.!.!.

30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week!. And for
exersices i'd try crunches, wall sits, leg curls and pushups!.


But that just sounds painful to me!.!.!.
Ouch!.

I'd suggest the first one!.
Thats the routine I'm doing before school starts!.

No one wants to start the new year with a round stomach, do they!?
