Is this enough to lose weight?...?!


Question: Is this enough to lose weight!?!.!.!.!?
for the past month i have cut out all drinks minus water and semi-skimmed milk for cereal
i eat 3 healthy meals a day apart from thursdays when i eat out with my dad

i have no snacks apart from fruit !.

now i no everyone says running is great but i really dont like it and i am too self concious so i do punchbag cardio with arms and upper legs for 30 mins minimum a day i usually have an 40-min to an hour walk most evenings

i was also thinking of using my bike instead of walking and throughout the day mostly i am reasonably active

i also do a five day muscle workout with dumbells for 30-40 mins a day

is this enough if not is there any advice please!?
