Question: What you think!?!?!?
I am very slim (10 kilo under weight), i am eating a lot and counting calorie to gain weight!. I know you will tell me that i have to gain weight in healthy way, protein, muscle etc!.!.!. but with all that i am eating in my salad everyday like 5 or 6 tablespoon olive oil, do you think it helps!? i am counting it in my calories intake, am i right!? should i consider it or it doesn't make me fatter !?!?

i know it is healthy fat also, but does this healthy fat help me to get fatter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, health fat does help you put on weight!.

All fats hae 9 calories per gram, they are only called healthly because they dont clog your arteries and they are essential!.

I did not get it!. Do you only eat salad!?!? Or are you just asking whether you should calculate the calories you take from the oil you put into your salad!? If so, of course you can add it but it doesn't help you to gain weight in a healthy way!. It is good that you add oil because it will increase the absorbency of the vitamins in the salad but eating more then enough oil is no good!. 5-6 table spoon is a lot!!! Do not eat empty calories (candy, chocolate, cakes etc)!. You need to develop lean muscle so you need amino asids!. Good quality amino acids!. You can only get them from meat!. But it is also not good to eat a lot of meat because then you may suffer from high cholesterol!. Stick to a healthy diet, eat from every food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, a little bit fat)!. Eat vegetables, fruits as well!.Calculate the total calories you need to get everyday!. It depends on your age, gender and height and over all health condition!. Try to obtain that calories from natural food sources!. Do sports to develop muscles!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
