Question: Am i fat!? :S!?
ok, i dont want n e one to be rude first off when they answer my question, i just want simple answers that dont rlly hurt my feelings!.!.
im around 5'6" and im gonig to be 17, i weigh like 150-165!.!. but i also live on a farm and i know i have muscles, but alot of the main fat is my tummy, my boobs, and my bum!. my tummy isnt that bad, but when i sit down or wear tightish clothes then u can see my "fat tummy"!. i have alot of friends who are skinny and tell me that im not fat, but i know that everyone is just saying that because there my friends, and i know that because none of you are tecnicly my "friends" that you can be honist with me!.!. so!.!.!. am i fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For someone in your situation, there is no need to diet and I do not even thing that you need to!. My suggestion is do everything that you are doing now, with a little extra excerise throw in several times a week, go for a run or jog or a swimming several time a week, if these do not agree, even a simply going out for an evening stroll with some friends!.
Saying away from foods with alot of sugar, like carbonated drinks could also make all the difference!.
If you decided that you need to loss weight, then make a life style change, like eliminating all redundant sugars from your diet or visit the gym several times a week, the result will show soon enough and they will be permanent,

You are not fat at all!. You should be happy with who you are, no matter what though!. I don't think you need to loose anything, but if you feel that you really need too, then try it!. Your friends are telling you the truth!. Some people are just built different!. And if you really needed to loose weight, they probably would tell you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no that's not what you would consider fat but it's above average!. My friend is the same weight and she's got a tummy maybe if you went to liek 140 you would be more comfortableWww@Answer-Health@Com
