I was dieting and working out a lot... can I still do that if I'm pregnant?!


Question:

I was dieting and working out a lot... can I still do that if I'm pregnant?

I've been on an extremely healthy diet the past month and a half, oatmeal for breakfast, almonds for snack, chicken breast and asparagus for lunch, a banana for snack and brown rice and chicken for dinner... i love this diet, I lost weight steadily and i'm not hungry. I found out I'm pregnant... is it healthy for me to still lose weight? I'm still over weight about 20lbs, and it's unhealthy for me. Is it okay if I still lose it, as long as I keep my diet healthy. And how much exercise is ok? I do an hour of cardio 4 times a week and 20mins of weight lifting 4 times a week as well... that's okay right?


Answers:

Your doctor will tell u what u can and cannot do talk to him/her about ur routine..

You cannot diet or weight lift thats a given,....

u need lots of variety of foods.

Never do exercises while pregnant without asking a doctor 1st b/c of a risk of plaxenta serparating. AKA Miscarriage
