Normal Body But a Small Tummy?

Hi. I'm a 23 yr old guy and I weigh about 190. I have a nice size body but I have a tummy that looks like its getting fat. I dont go to exercise gyms and I stay home. Lately I have been eating right and stayed away from alot of meats and stop drinking sodas a LONG time ago. I only eat veggies and drink water and juices. Sometimes I might buy some of those Baked Lays Chips (you know, the plain ones). And I might buy some hot pockets that contain ham and cheese or brocolli/chicken and cheese. I also buy Tuna Helper because the hambugar helper adds more fat which I dont want in my body.

So can anyone tell me what I can do in my bedroom to loose my tummy? I know sit-ups are good but how many am I supposed to do and what other exercises can I do in my room since I dont go to the gym? I have some dumbells under my bed that belong to my stepfather, can I use those for anything? And lastly, some extra information on eating would be helpful too cause sometimes I feel like I'm staying away from foods too much. I hardly eat that much anyway sometimes.


Answers:

) get a good book on core abdominal exercises--and make certain your in good alignment when you do them. Then devote yourself to a long term plan, long term plans work best. every day do some of them. like brushing your teeth--every day!

2) watch your stress levels. cortisol (see research link below) is a stress hormone, one often triggered by worry, anxiety etc. learn how to manage negative states of mind. and learn exercises to shut down stress hormones.
