I am 15 years old and am wondering if this is a good age to start working out!?

15 years old is an excellent time to start working out!. The exercises you choose will depend on your goals!. If you want to look more shapely, lift weights!. You'll get the most benefit from old-school exercises like chin ups, squats, and deadlifts!. If you want to have lots of endurance, run, bike or swim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
