Question: Whats the bset way to loose stomach fat and get abs!?
List all ideas from longest to shortest, from hardest to easiest!. And please give estimates of how many, how many times a day, and how long it would take!. And I'm not really familiar with the names so if you could, please explain how to perform it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please understand, there is No Way to lose fat from just one area of your body!. Once you understand that though everything is fine!
The best way to lose fat is to aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming, cycling!.
The best way to do this if you just want to lose weight is something called Fartlek training (look it up for more info), the premise of which is doing short periods of varied intensity exercise, e!.g!. sprint for 100m, jog for 400m, walk for 100m, repeat!. This is because if you just do jogging etc at a constant pace, your body's metabolism kind of enters a hibernation where it tries to conserve energy!. Mixing it up stops it entering this phase, and keeps the metabolism high!.
I find it best to do extended periods of aerobic exercise 3 or 4 times a week!. Don't do it too much or your body won't have time to recover!. To begin with you should aim for an amount of time that you want to be exercising for, say 20mins if you're really unfit, and then go at a pace that will let you keep it up for that 20mins!. You then increase the time as you get fitter, or start measuring it in miles!.!.

This sort of exercise will also increase your abdominal muscles, but you could top it up with sit ups, reverse sit ups (where you lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest and back down again), planks (a hold position, can do a straight plank which is why you lie on your front, then hold yourself up on your toes and elbows with a straight back, or left/right planks, where you lie on your side and then hold yourself up on one elbow and one ankle, with a straight back)!.
Also good things are pull-ups with legs raised at ninety degrees, or just hanging and making your legs come up like that and then slowly back down again!.

You can use free weights!. I do that to shape up my obliques (side of your abs)!. Its easy just take 5, 10, or 15 lb dumbbell hold it by your side (like how your arms would naturally hang) and then slowly bend sideways!. To start off I would do 3 reps of 10 switching sides between each rep, you can always increase as your body gets used to it!. You can do this as many times a week as you want depending on how you feel and what kinda results you want!.

Another exercise (i dunno wat its called), but I do it with my roommate!. You lay on the floor and put both your legs straight up in the air!. The other person stands above your head and pushes your legs towards the floor!. Trick is you have to keep your feet from hitting the floor without lifting the rest of your body off the floor!. This exercise really uses your abs!. There's no magic number for these either!. At first they're difficult and can make you very sore so I would suggest do them until you feel that you've done all you can!. And I would say about 2-3 times a week is all that is needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio exercise is usually the best option bcos the abs are covered by the layer of fat ie flab which prevents your abs from showing!. Every one has abs if not it would be impossible to stand up for instance!.
I would recommend 30 mins of cardio each day and then sit ups; leg raisers etc!. do more research on google!.

Sit up, crunches !.!.!. and eating healthy ARE THE ONLY ways!. Lay on yure back legs all the way and lift them til you FEEL youre stomach tighten!.!.!.!. repeat this lets say 25 times rest then 25 again!. You can also go to diff web sites to see different kinds of things you can do !.!.!.!. LEts say you start today dieting and doing 100 sit ups when you wake up and 100 b4 bed for 5 days a week!. Youll see results in 3 weeks!.!.!.!. THis MUST be combined with eating right and CARDIO !.!.!. running, walking briskly anything that keeps youre heart rate UP for 30 minutes or more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly cut back on sugars, like (pop,candy,juice,bread)
Start drinking LOTS of water!.
As for excersising, depending on how big your stomach is!.!.!. I would say go for a jog at night!. Cardio is a must!. You could also throw in some crunches AFTER your jog, to burn fat and build muscle!.
It's best to do crunches etc AFTER you have jogged, because your heart rate is up, and the crunches are more likely to work at that point!.
