Question: Tell me!.!.!. How do you keep yourself motivate to stay on track with an exercising program!?
Answers:
I've been a personal trainer for 4 years and my best tip: Make sure you mix up your workout!. Doing the same routine over and over will bore you and will make exercise dull and boring!. Every workout doesn't have to be a tough one, take it easy on the days you don't feel like it!. If you don't want to go to the gym, stay home and try an exercise tape instead!. Not only will mixing it up help keep your interest, but it is also better for your body!. It keeps your muscles guessing and works muscles that may have been ignored in your normal routine!.

I don't know how long you've been at it, but if it's anyhelp, the 1st 3 weeks are usually the hardest!. Once you get into the habit it gets easier!. If you slack off, you will actually find yourself wanting to workout because it gives you energy and makes you feel good!. It just takes time and patience to get that level!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

push yourself!.!.!.force yourself!.!.!.no pain no gain!.!.!.i always think of birthdays and weddings of my close friends and loved ones!.!.!.if i were to attend them,i know that i must eat a little more than usual to please them,so i really dont have a choice!.!.!.burn off as much fat as possible until the date arrives!.!.!.on those special days you can have small portions of ALL your favourite fattening foods because you have slogged for it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find an exercise partner - that is the best way!. You won't want to let her down!. Find something you like!. I do Curves - it's all women, fairly cheap, and fun!. Always keep the reason you are doing this up front! Put a note on your bathroom mirror, your car steering wheel, etc!. Whatever the reason for your goal, keep it visible!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find yourself an exercise buddy! My best friend and I have been walking partners for about 10 years!. When one of us doesn't want to walk, we encourage the other one!. If we are extra tired, we do one mile instead of two!. On days when I am really not in the mood, I give myself a pep talk and realize that someone else is depending on me!. Plus, I don't want her to look better than I do!.!.!.LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
