I want to improve overall fitness and strength?!


Question: I want to improve overall fitness and strength!?
I'm currently 16, weigh about 70 kilos and about 5"10 tall!. I want to improve my overall fitness and strength, (i know it sounds cliche, but i want a decent size upper body and abs, i want to be comfortable with no shirt on in summer) but in saying that i also obviously need to work on lower body and cardiovascular capacity!. I dont have many resources available at home, the thing immediately available are:

- Push ups, crunches etc (no equiptment needed)
- Chin up bar
- Exercise bike
- I live in a hilly place, so running is always a challenge

Can someone help me out in devising a 7 day weekly program that i could work from!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i think i am quite the same hight as you mate but i am about 85 kilograms but i have a healthy lifestyle and i go to the gym on a weakly basis!. i think all you need to do is start of slowley by doinf shups and situps in the morning or night whatever you prefer!. i did this thing called a pyramid, its when do say 15 pushups then do 14 situps then 13 pushups then 12 situps ect!. this will build your upper body strength rappidly!. after doing this for a week or so build your pyramid up and do more pushups and situps!. for you cardiovascular fitness you can start by just walking in the mornings or evenings and do maby 5 kilometers a day then again build it up as you feel!. then when you get fitter you can start running!. if there is a gym near where you live it would be a good idea to go there maby 1 a week and build this to a couple of times a week!. i know this sounds like a drag and a struggle but trust me you will benifit from it in the long run!. good luck mate!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your snacking from empty calories to more nutritious foods, and continue to eat healthy foods like fruit and veggies through out the day!. You don't have to run those hills try walking up them and running down the other side or repeat a loop or circuit that is less hilly more often (do you have a school track around!?)!. Keep busy by doing things around the house like cleaning or property maintenance!. Stay off the couch and if you have to watch TV get up to change the channel don't use the clicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
