How fast should I expect to lose weight on this diet?!


Question: How fast should I expect to lose weight on this diet!?
I was trying to think of a way to get on a diet that was very cheap and very low in calories!. This is what I came up with:

Two boiled eggs and yogurt for breakfast!.

Cup of Ramen Noodles for Lunch!.

Salad with chicken for dinner!.

I will walk 30 minutes a day and I will take a multivitamin and fish oil with my dinner!.

I'm just wondering how fast I should expect to lose about 50 pounds at this rate!.

**My question here is not whether or not I should do this!. I don't need a lecture on why this isn't healthy and I certainly don't need to be told the same things I've been told all my life about diet and exercise!. I'm almost 30 and I know what won't work for me!. If you're going to respond to this question, please just answer the question that I've asked!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ramen noodles are high refined starch, high sodium, and low nutrition!. I would recommend protein (like chicken breast or tuna fish in water) and some fiber (like vegetables)!.

2 eggs a day is the limit!.

if you keep it i think you will lose the weights you want!.i'd say 1 boiled egg instead of 2 !.also you cant eat everyday ramen for lunch because your body needs a variety of vitamins that might not benn including in the ramen!.REMEMBER:NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EAT IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER OR THE TELEVISION because you are going to eat a loooot without realizing(and that is the reason i got fat)!.hope i helped!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you don't want a lecture--but Ramon noodles are really unhealthy for you (alot of sodium!) there are other things that are cheap you can substitute!. Maybe add some veggies in for lunch!. and a smaller portion of noodles!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't instant food at all to lose weight especially ramen!. If you ate something else besides ramen for lunch you could lose 50 pounds in maybe 6-8 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well judging by your age and your metabolism!. You would probably loose about 50 pounds in 2 years because your workout does not change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur diet is perfect but pls add few more things with that and these are

1)No Potato Please!. It is strictly forbidden during this diet
2)No Junk Food Please!.
3)Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily!. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can!. Rather take a bottle of water with you all the time, when you feel starving, drink it as much as u can!.
4)Make you habit to use brown bread!.
5)use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
6)Sugar is strictly forbidden in this diet plan!.
7)First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink any soft drink (but not cola), but just one glass once in a week!.
8)Just look at your food portion!. It is much better to eat several small meals a day (like 5-6 healthy meals a day) than eat either one or two or three huge meal a day!.
9)if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
10)No hard drink of any type is allowed in this diet!.
11)Smoking strictly forbidden in this diet
12)Watch out ur every drink and every single piece of ur food!. Stay away from fatty foods, junk foods, synthetic foods, foods with preservatives and too much carbohydrate!. Don
