How can i gain weight and still be healthy by september?!


Question: How can i gain weight and still be healthy by september!?
im 15 years old and im 5'5" and only 100 lbs!. i eat a lot of food but im still soo skinny!. can anyone tell me how to gain more weight but not by eating junk food cuz i already have the highest cholesterol in my family!. and it doesnt necessarily have to be by september but it would be nice to go back school looking better!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I remember those days but when i moved to another state i was 5'9 and 125 and in my twenties then i went back to weight lifting, you should lift weights because it'll make you insulin sensitive which will help control your blood sugar; and it will lower cholesterol!. And as you lift weights you will gain muscle and muscle is heavier than fat and you'll be in shape!. Eat at least 1 gram per pound of protein of bodyweight!. For example if you weigh 100 pounds then you should eat 100 to 120 grams of protein and don't forget your carbs and fats as well!. Eat healthy carbs complex carbs like baked potatoe and even fruit!. Eat healthy fats!. When i started eating more protein and carbs i started gaining weight, in my old neighborhood i was just too skinny but then after i paid attention to my diet i gained over 60 pounds starting in 1997 and reachest my highest peak in 2003 at 182 and i even grew taller i was 5'9 and i was 5'11, now that i stopped eating i am 5'10 and 135 i'm slowly gaining weight!. But all of my weight was muscle and girls really starting noticing more!. And last but not least don't forget to drink a lot of water because your muscles and your body are at least 60 to 70 percent water and its the water that will give you the energy to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat things like fuits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, and fresh meats and cheeses!. You don't want to start eating junk food to gain weight because it will all turn into fat, and that won't look good and also its bad for your cholesterol (like you said)!. Besides, muscle weighs more than fat, and it would look better! So do things like running (for cardio vascular) and lifting! This will strengthen your abs, arms, back, and legs!.

Maybe eat more frequently!. Maybe eat larger portions!. Maybe eat more carbs (at least whole grains)!. Don't eat diet versions of anything!. Drink 100% juice or milk!. Eat more fruit or high-calorie vegetables!.

Nuts are a quick, easy, and healthy source of calories and protein!.

I don't know!.!.!.it seems to come quite naturally to me ;-p

To bring down the cholesterol, avoid red meat, and don't eat egg yolks!. If you like your eggs scrambled, Egg Beaters (especially the kind with the spices and veggies) is a good alternative--you barely know you don't have any yolks, you just think you have a good omelet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem when I was your age!. At 15 I was 5'6" and about 110 lbs!. I tried to gain weight once in high school, and had a hard time with it!. Your best bet will be building muscle!. Get some small (3 or 5 pound) hand weights from a sporting goods store or Target and look up some exercises you can do with them on the internet!. If you start now you'll start seeing results by September, and it's really healthy for your body too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
