Gaining Weight With Fast Metabolism?

I'm 16 and weigh around 120-125 pounds. My height is 5 '7. I do eat a lot; however, my metabolism is amazingly fast. I'm currently looking for ways to bypass my problem becauseI plan to gain weight this summer by working out and taking supplements. This is all new to me so I really need some help. What should I take to efficiently gain mass and muscle? Protein shakes? Creatine? If so, what products should I buy and how should I take them? A workout plan would also be nice! Thanks for your help in advance.

hi. gaining weight requires you to input more calories than what your body requires. find out your daily caloric need then add 500 to it. this will increase your weight by around 1 lb per wekk.

protein shakes are important as you'll need 1g of protein per 1 lb of body weight to promote growth.

creatine can be useful, however it is not a requirement. creatine is found naturally in the body, and is used to generally increase energy levels to be able to push harder.

spread your meals out over 6 per day.

protein should be a powder, and if you get creatine get the powder as well to be able to change how much you take.

when first bought, creatine must be put into your body. this is called the 'loading phase'. get in around 15g per day for the first few days, then drop to around 5g per day.
