What is a good daily work out to get abs for a teenager!. Whould doing sit ups and push ups help, and if so how many to do daily!. Also what is a well balanced daily meal also thats very healthy!? Thanks for the help everyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know people are going to say you waste time by doing crunches, but last summer I went from flabby abs to sexy tight ones by doing 30 crunches a day!. Pushups workout your pecs and arms!. Situps less work out your abs because they allow time to rest!.
As for a well balanced meal,
Try to eat close to 6 meals a day to keep your metabolism fast!. Trust me it works!.
Start off your day with maybe some fat free yogurt and granola!. Or a whole grain cereal with some fruit!. (Blueberries are awesome for your body so try those)
For a midmorning snack go for a low calorie bar!. A good one is Balance Bar 100 Calorie Peanut Butter Crisp!. (Or any other is fine!.)
Then comes lunch!. You can splurge a little on your calorie intake now!. Try a honey ham with lettuce and tomato on rye!. For chips, have some Sunchips and you can even have a diet coke!. (Although I'd recommend just water!.)
For a midday snack try Triscuits with low fat cheese!. You can pair some raw veggies with a low-fat ranch dip to go with that!.
Finally, Dinner!. A homeade cheeseburger is one option on a whole wheat bun!. (Make sure its extra-lean beef) Or you can try a nice healthy salad!. For the dressing, make your own out of olive oil and vinager!. It will be much more healthy than ranch!.
Lastly, dessert!. Try a jell-o fat free pudding cup!.
