How can you loose five pounds in one week?


Answers:

This is possible... walking burns fat, running burns sugar. at the 20th minute whilst walking that when you start losing weight, so i would say 30-45 minutes of walking a day.

remember be strict on yourself....

cut down you eating (just a little)
stick to healthly options
no junk food for that week
