i want to lose 100 pounds!.
not only because i would be so much healthier,

Everybody has their own opinions but I did low-carb (NOT no carb) for 6 months and lost 60#'s so I would think you could lose 100 in a year!. You just have to remember to exercise and drink LOTS of water!. Losing weight should always be a lifestyle change and not a temporary fix because if you go back to eating the way you did (no matter what the diet) you WILL gain the weight back!.
