P90x nutrtion and workout?!
Question: P90x nutrtion and workout!?
im 17 years old, 5'8 and about 180 lbs!., i just got p90x a couple of days ago and was really confused about the nutrition plan, i followed the beginning of the the nutrition guide and it said im a level 2 and im trying the fat shredder plan!. i want to know if there is an easier way to follow the eating plan with out so much calculating so i can just pick something out of the fridge and eat it instead of cooking and following recipes!. also i got through the first day of the work out which was pretty tough, but the next day when i started plyometrics during the warm up my legs started to feel alot of strain 5 min!. in to it so i stopped right away and i couldn't sit down for about ten min!. and my legs are still hurting!. im pretty sure i as doing everything correctly and i ate 3 bananas and a healthy choice frozen dinner,SO my question is what was going wrong and what should i do in the future, cuz if this happens to me everytime i put in a new disc, im going to be on p180x!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think I've got you beat!. I am 49 years old!. My husband ordered the P90X program!. Yes, I whined and moaned and had a fit about not wanted to do it, but he has this way of challenging me - so now I'm at the end of the 2nd week!. The first week, actually the first day was pure HELL!. I hurt everywhere and just wanted to quit, but I didn't!. I couldn't do half the things on the CD!. I got really frustrated and just mad, so I had to do some real soul seaching and just make myself to what I could - sometimes that only met one or two reps of an exercise!. I'll have to say, the second week has been much better - not easy - just better!. I have set 7:00 pm as my P90X time - no matter what!. As far as the food!. I started with the Fat Shredder Meal Plan, but I couldn't eat nearly all the food they suggested, so I just ate until I was full and put the rest away!. I sit down every evening after I work out and make out my meals for the next day!. Sometimes I use their recipes, most of the time I just juse the portion plan!. Even if I'm not doing the plan exactly right, I know that I'm eating much healthier!. I've also learned that if you have a non-stick pan and preprepared egg whites you can make anything!. Just throw in healthy things like cooked turkey bacon, cubed ham, low-fat cheese, oninons, peppers - whatever!. You can also buy Green Giant frozen vegetabes in single servings!. They are so easy to pop in the microwave!. If I can do this program so can you!. I am a teacher and thought I was in great shape!. I WAS so WRONG! Please don't give up!. Once you start feeling the effects of the program - pass on the the good new to other teens you age!. Best of Luck to you!!!

Breafast: 11/4 C!. of Smart Start Cereal with 1 Cup of Milk
Snack: Zone Protein Bar - love the new chocolate ones
Lunch: Tuna with 1 tab of low fat may with a cut up apple in it and a little relish
Snack: Either a Frozen Fruit Bar or Yogurt ( somtimes an 8oz Dr!. Pepper instead) - just sometimes
Supper: Smoked turkey with two vegetables
Recover Drink: 1 Cup of Skinny Cow Chocolate with 1 scoop of MHP Glutamine-SR powder
