I just started eating healthy on the 14th of July and I am not even sure what to eat anymore!. I get scared I will eat too much like I used to my old eating pattern would be crazy and very dangerous!. I would put myself at risks for serious health problems!. I weighed 231 and I am now down to 225 I lost a few pounds yeah but the foods I eat daily are calories under 500, I am scared to eat any calories more than 500 a day!. can this be why I am weak!? I only eat 3 meals a day-cereal, fruit and rice!. do you think that Is healthy!? what should I eat and how many calories should I eat a day to keep this weight loss thing up!? today I only eat 350 calories and I am done with my meals today!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hun!.!.!.this is not healthy at all!. You need to at least have a calorie intake of 1,600 depending if you are a male or female and age!. You need to eat 7 meals a day that are moderate!. Ex!. breakfast, lunch, and 3 snacks!. You should replace white rice with brown rice and drinks lots of water cut out the soda if you drink any and make sure you are waiting both protein and fiber!. If you add exercise it works out even better!. You are definitely weak your body has no fuel to burn therefore not allowing you to have energy to function!. Please try to change your eating habits to a healthier one because it can be bad for you in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, first of all, you didn't start eating healthy on July 14th, you started starving yourself!. The good news is that you can start eating healthy on July 20! The worse thing is that dieters think they have to cut way back to lose weight because it's hard for them to imagine the truth, which is that you have to EAT to burn fuel!! You need to have a minimum of 1200 healthy calories a day if you want to lose weight quickly and keep it off!. You need to exercise 30-60 minutes a day, at least half of it, huffing and puffing!. You need to drink plenty of water to keep your body flushed!.

What you're doing is cutting back so drastically that your metabolism won't work correctly for years--did you hear that--YEARS to come, if you don't stop right now! Instead of helping yourself, you're actually making it harder for your body to lose weight!.

Next, print out a weight loss chart and an exercise log (you'll see buttons for those on the left) and fill them out every day!. Only weigh once a week--no more--and do it the same time, wearing approx!. the same thing!. For example, weigh every Monday morning, as soon as you get up-after going to the bathroom, naked!. That will give you the most accurate reading!.
