I had twins a year ago and I need help losing weight?!

Question:

I had twins a year ago and I need help losing weight?

I have always been a thin person and wore mostly size 2s and 4s. I didn't gain too much weight during my pregnancy - about 50 lbs but my doctors said that was good for twins. The first 30 lbs dropped off right away after the birth but the last 20 is lingering and won't come off. I tried Weight Watchers but I got pregnant again soon after starting it so I stopped. I had a miscarriage, and now I can't get motivated to start Weight Watchers again. The idea of restricting my diet to core foods or counting points really turns me off. I switched to just limiting my portion sizes and picking healthy foods, which has always kept me slender in the past, and some weight has come off, but I am still fat and not much more is coming off and I feel stuck. I don't know what is going to work for me, and I need help. I am worried that there may be a hormonal problem making it very hard for me to lose weight. Can anyone help?

Answers:

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
