Dedicate certain days of the week to certain muscles, for example: Mondays work triceps and biceps, Tuesdays work back, shoulders, and abs, etc!. Make sure that you have variety by isolating the different muscles!. Never go to the gym and do the same routine every time - your muscles will hit a limit if you do that!.

you need to eat a bunch of peanut butter!. have a piece of bread with peanut butter with every meal!. It has a lot of calories that you need to gain that weight!.
