Question: What does walking a mile or two everyday do to your body!?
Nearly everyday my dad and I walk to the store and back which is about 2 miles!. What kind of things does this do to your health!? Does it strengthen your thighs!? Does it strengthen your legs!? Does it help you lose weight!? Thanks for answering!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking with your dad is a great way for the two of you to bond, plus you are getting fresh air, which does wonders for your mind!. And you save on gas money and help the environment! Improves health, good all rounder, helps aid weight loss, I know this as I used to do ultra distance walks, so did plenty of research into the subject!. We as human beings were adapted to walking/ running its the most natural exercise we can do and its out doors what can beat that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking is good for you, but it don't usually get the heart rate up!. Try various exercises and jogging if you are healthy enough!. Be sure to stretch before exercising and don't stop walking with your Dad!. It's still good for you and your Dad and your soul!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
