Question: Need to lose 20 pounds by AUgust 16, 2008 please help!?
I am currently 157 pounds, 5'6, 28 yrs!. old!. I need to lose 20 pounds!. I am a mother of 4 and a wife!. I work from 7am to 6pm monday through friday and don't have time for exercising!. What are some things I could eat (Or don't eat) to help me lose this weight!. Also how many calories should I consume each day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
