Im in mcjrotc and i cant even do one pullup?!


Question: Im in mcjrotc and i cant even do one pullup!?
they have a pt test in like 2 months, after school starts!. Anyway, i cant even do one pullup!. How can i do i do more pullups!. The most is 13 reps a kid did, i want to beat that!. I want to practice, put i dont have a pullup bar!. Can someone give me some advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a school yard and do them on the monkey bars!. If you can't go up and down just start by doing the down movement!. If you are just starting to excercise then you should see faster results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every other day, consider doing some push-ups, maybe 10-25!. And increase the amount as you go along, but make sure it's every other day, because it could damage your body if you do it everyday!. Your body needs to relax for a full 24 hours before lifting weights again!.

Set a simpler goal, you might not reach 13 pull ups right away!. Try maybe 1 or 2 pull ups!.

Work out your arm muscles, biceps and triceps!. DO NOT over do it or you will damage your body!.

find a tree limb or something to use and have a friend spot you by helping you up and d it until you dont need their help anymore, and it doesnt hurt to work out daily, i play high school football and we work out everyday, a lot of times twice a day, we have time after we work out and during the weekends to rest and we build muscle fastWww@Answer-Health@Com

Start doing arm curls with weights and keep trying at the bar!. I think once you do one and learn the technique, you will be able to do several in a short time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
