Question: Will this get me to lose weight and tone abs!?
drink lots of water
lots of fruit and veggies
no candy sugar soda etc!.
jog/run/sprint/walk at least two miles aday
and do 3 sets of 15 for crunches

any more advice would be great!

OMG that is ambitious!!! That would most certainly get you to lose weight and have toned abs!. However, you don't have to do a drastic amount of exercising to have the body of your dreams!. You are right to eat lots of fruits and veggies, but you don't have to completely eliminate candy or soda-just eat it in small amounts!. To lose weight, you could do something as leisurely as jogging around your neighborhood with your dog (if you have one)!. Jogging, running, sprinting, and walking are all forms of cardio, since they get your heart rate up, which is important in burning fat, therefore, you lose weight!. As for the abs, you could suck your belly button in, which trains the transverse abdominus, or TVA!. That is a very simple exercise that can be done anytime, anywhere! Sit ups, in my opinion, are a waste of time!. You will not create a nice sleek abdominal area doing sit ups!. You will however create a bulkier muscle, which may make your tummy look a little bigger! Sit ups are rather like doing bicep curls for the tummy muscles!

Pilates exercises are your best bet!. This will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body without adding bulk!.

I appreciate that you need to be economical with your time so have put together some Pilates exercises to do while at your desk!. The exercises are FREE, professionally put together and really do give you results (providing you do them regularly!)!.

Well yeah, it sounds great! Just one thing- over a couple of weeks, add a 4th set, and two weeks later, make it like, 4 sets of 20, cause you'll get too used to the 3 sets of 15 all the time!. Good luck! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah that sounds pretty good, but i would do other sorts of exercises for ur abs, because crunches don't do enough for a work out!. in the july issue of seventeen magazine there is a whole bunch of exercises that work for the absWww@Answer-Health@Com

ye but i recommend also doing lower ab exercises because crunches only get u so far!. try lying on the ground w!. ur back flat on the ground and slowly raise your legs up and down!.!.also when u do crunches make sur u also do twists( Oposite arm to leg)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want some abs then 15x3 will do nothing, your abs won't even start to burn when you get into the 15th one!.
I suggest starting at 50x3 then increase it from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
