Diet Drinks, Products?!


Question: Diet Drinks, Products!?
I wonder if its better and healthier to drink Diet drinks like snapple everyday instead of Sodas!? And will it also be better to eat more diet things such as Ice cream and other things than regular things with more calories!?

Diet drinks are healthier in the respect that you don't have the added calories, and worse yet, the insulin spike associated with sugared drinks!. Furthermore, most sugared drinks are just as chemically bound and processed as diet drinks!. That being said, diet drinks aren't really healthy for you either as humans aren't meant to consume artificial chemicals!.

What we are meant to consume are whole natural foods and beverages grown from the earth and from the flesh of animals and fish that we have to prepare ourselves!. The processed items that line stores these days are designed for max shelf life and taste and have nothing but negative effects on health!. The worst culprits are so called 'diet foods" and "100 calorie snacks", which make people think they are getting away with something when these foods are actually highly processed!. The types of foods eaten are just as important as cals in v!. cals out!.

So, what you should do is eat healthy most of the time, and when it comes time to splurge a little go for the real thing and don't worry about it!. If your diet is straight 90%+ of the time then the other 10% isn't going to make much of a difference!. This is one reason why most successful diet programs have cheat days or cheat meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking drinks like snapple instead of soda is still just as bad!. Even Flavored water is bad for you!. They still have all the acid in them!. Diet soda and other diet products have less sugar, but still have the acid and the chemical in diet soda is very bad for your insides!. Artificial sweeteners cause you to gain weight or make it difficult to lose weight!. They are designed to keep you from reaching you goals!. I would just drink the regular kind on occasion!. But pretty much stick to natural juices, teas, coffee and water!. Hope this isn't too disappointing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 30 lbs when I switched to diet coke rather than coke so for weight loss, it's better!. It's true what they say though- the sweetener in diet drinks are bad for you!. My doctor told me when I was pregnant that if I must drink soda, drink regular and not diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly you should cut out the soda altogether!. Once you stop drinking it for a while you will realize it isn't that great!. The best thing to drink is water, but I personally think that Vitamin Water and Propel are both delicious healthy drinks!.

no those are actually a lot worser then you think!.ITs best to drink the regualr one or even none at all!.Diet ones have aspertame in them that have related issues causing cancer!.They also make you more thirsty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
