I see that a physician has answered your question!. Let me first say, that finding a deficiency is not as easy as 1-2-3!. This is maybe going to be overkill, but for anyone that reads it and for your own benefit I am going to give a very detailed answer!. B vitamins are all very important if you do not get enough of them in a healthy diet, but so are many others!. There is always the possibility if you are deficient in something, you just might be deficient in something else!. There would be no harm in either increasing your daily overall B-vitamin intake or taking an OTC B Vitamin complex that has an all-in-one approach!. Vitamin deficiencies are more common than they used to be!. Listen to any health talk show on the radio and they spend a lot of time talking about this!. One of my favorites in Dr!. Ronald Hoffman!. If you listen to the news you will hear more and more about nutritional issues and lack of certain vitamins!. The newest research has been focusing on Vitamin D!. It has possibly been linked to autism, immune dysfunction, cardiovascular health, etc!. It is also important for the skeletal system and calcium regulation!. If you eat a healthy diet and get enough sun then your vitamin levels might be ok!. However, today with people being on the run and the decrease in outdoor activity and healthy eating many people who do not realize they are lacking in Vitamin intake actually can end up sick!. On the other hand, you do not want to take too much of a good thing because there is toxicity in taking too much!. I do not take a regular daily multivitamin!.
However, I am on prescription Vitamin D!. My calcium was low a few months back so I am drinking more milk when I can, but I need to go on a Calcium supplement!. We eat fruits, veggies, and whole grains!.!.!.and I am still having problems!. I had a problem with Magnesium deficiency and Potassium deficiency issues over two years ago and suffered needlessly because the doctor I had in another state did not put me on supplementation!. In an extreme case, I was so sick I could not function!. I now take magnesium, potassium, and Vitamin D on a regular basis!. There are specialists who can test you for Vitamin deficiencies to see where you are lacking!. This is the best approach!. However, to take a really good daily vitamin should not be a problem!. I would not go wasting hundreds of dollars on all kinds of pills you do not need!. After people take a vitamin for awhile, and if they notice it is still helping them I believe the placebo effect would have long wore off!. In the United States at least, the majority of people do not get what they need in what they eat!. A good sublingual formulation for Vitamin B complex might be the best absorbed especially if you have any gut troubles!. In severe cases there are actually medical problems that can cause Vitamin wasting!. IBS and other gut disorders can exacerbate this!. Diabetes can cause wasting of certain vitamins and minerals!. There are other things as well since the kidney filters out many things!. Problem is, many are forced to have to just guess!. If you have a good physician, or can find one!.!.!.you can always speak to them about this too!. They can check if you are Vitamin B deficient simply with a blood test!. ***Please do not be fooled by certain products touting they are better unless you can find actual educational research to support it!. There are many brands of super "juices", and some are just as good as the lesser costing brands!.
You can get these at your local health or vitamin store!. A good berry complex consisting of acai, goji, blueberry, mangosteen, and other berries would be just fine!. Whatever you can find with the most concentration for the best price if you want to try them can work!. Please do not be taken in by people trying to sell you something unless you asked for it specifically!.***

***If you are sick, it can make you tired!. Please do not overlook this as well!. Illness can come in many shapes and forms mentally and physically!. Sleeping disorders, emotional stress, immune system problems, diet, etc!. can all play a role in fatigue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamins do NOT provide energy!. Vitamins help to form cells maintain cells, or allow the tissues to absorb other nutrients
For example your blood needs iron!. If you are a vegetarian, Vitamin C helps iron to be bio-available!.
Your body needs Calcium to maintain bones!. Vitamin D, helps make Calcium become available!.!.
Vitamin B-12 is need for the development of spinal chord of the human embryo!.

If you are eating a balanced diet of 1,600 calories per day, you do NOT need to take vitamin supplements!. If you are eating 1,200 or less calories per day, you should consider taking vitamin supplementsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamins do not give you energy nor make you "feel" better!. People may swear that they do, but they really don't!. It's all psychosomatic!. In fact, I recommend that people do NOT take vitamins unless they have a known deficiency or a particular vitamin or they are using it for medicinal purposes, as for healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's better you don't take vitamins if you don't need them, but in our modern world, we end up eating so many processed foods, that we should take multivitamins anyway!.

You might be looking for more straight results, like chewing on a guarana seed, but besides caffiene, vitamins don't offer energy, they offer ways to better your body's condition
