myh moms making me do it with her so that i can make her stick to it!.!.!.!. but i was wondering if i sdont go to the place and excersise and what not, how much would i lose just by thee food itself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is hard to tell!. It all depends on how much you weigh, your height, how active you are (without the exercise, just what your day to day habits are), and how much you are cutting down on foodwise (how many calories less are you consuming in comparison to what your normally used to consuming)!. If you ask me, i'd tell you the only way to lose weight quicker is to consume less calories than what you use up and to exercise regularly to keep your metabolism going!. It is good for weight loss as well as for your mind and your heart!. Usually you won't lose much unless you combine the two together, especially if the plan consists of exercise, b/c that means they have calculated the calories you will need to lose weight and still have enough energy to do the exercises in the plan so then you might end up actually gaining if you don't exercise or not losing anything at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, do YOU need to lose weight!? Don't do this for you Mom, she needs to discover and find her own motivation!. YOU are not her motivator to lose weight; she needs to do that on her own and find her own inner willpower!. Sarah, YOU are not powerful enough to instill motivation in your mom to make her WANT to lose weight; she has to find that motivation on her own!. The question I would have, is that you sound like YOU want or need to lose weight!. If I am correct, how much do you need to lose!? Do you WANT to lose weight!? First of all, if you do!.!.!.do NOT believe the posts that you can lose 3-4 lbs a week!.!.!.oh you can, you can go on a 500 calorie a day diet, drink a ton of water, and lose 10 lbs in a week!.!.!.!.but!.!.!.and this is a BIG but, you will gain it all back and MORE in a shorter time than it took for you to lose it!. The ONLY tried and true way to lose weight it to burn more calories than you take in!. And the only way to do that, is to begin a sensible exercise program combined with a reduction in your daily caloric intake!. You should strive to lose at maximum 2 lbs a week, since statistics have found that people who lose weight on a gradual basis, will do a much better job of keeping it off!. So again!.!.!.a sensible exercise program along with reducing your daily calories!. You can cut out foods with sugar and that alone will reduce your caloric intake a lot!. If you're drinking coke or even diet coke, that will turn to sugar and put weight on, so I would advise you, that instead of the coke or even diet coke!.!.!.drink pure water!.!.you should try to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day while dieting as it flushes the system and helps keep you full!. i think its a very good idea to add exercise however i dont think curves is the answer!. there machines are hydrolic pumps, so for example on a chest press you push and at the peak of the motion you have to pull and turn it into a row!. this eliminates the eccentric (negative) portion of the exercise which is and EXTREMELY important part of resistance trainingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, is up to u, u won't loose that much weight just from the diet itself, u need to excise 2, at ur own pace u can start by walking to the park (or something)or just walk around, or can jogg, u don't have to run a marathon to loose some weight keep that in mind!. I hate curves so much it really is just for old ladies!. you do the same thing every time you go there plus I found that from the women's own insecurities they needed to "help" me with my flaws!.

You can lose weight (3-4 lbs a week) by counting calories and not exercising!. But watching what you eat and exercising (lbs loss depends on how much you exercise) helps you lose weight faster and makes it ALOT easier to keep off!. TRUST ME, keep exercisingWww@Answer-Health@Com

OMG YES i did it and i still go to curves!. it rocks!. i lost 5 pounds the first week!. idk how lol!. tell her that the multi vitamins and the protein shakes help ALOT!.!.!.and the food itself really wont make that big a diffrence unless right now the food you eat is completly un-healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

if u eat the food they give u and do the recommended amount of exercise but not using the gym equipment then i dont see why u wont see results!. they possibly will be different, like not as much as the people at the gym but u will certainly see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
