Question: Anybody down there to share his/her experience!?

I am thin and I checked to ensure myself that I am not sick!. What do u think, what should I do to get fat!? Does anybody have any experience of getting fat!?
Note: I have a 5 times smoking cigarettes habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
