Question: I am 15 about 5' 6 and 190 pounds what should i do to slim down and gain some muscle!?
i have been gaining weight for about 4 years now and no matter how much i workout and do not eat sugars and diet i cannot lose weight please help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Diet is a major factor!. Eat six small meals a day with a 2-3 hour spread!. The first meal should be 500-600 calories, then the next would be a small snack of about 200-300 calories, and so on!. Drink lots of water!. I'm 14 myself and I actually train at a local gym and totally transformed my body!. If you can, try to find a personal trainer!. Some are expensive, but mine is cheap and he's cool so we train together!.
If not, then get on your cardio!. Running is a great way to burn fat, and swimming too (definantly)!. Lifting weights tones and builds muscle (the most)!. Crunches, pull-ups, things like that also cut the fat!.
But remember, diet is REALLY IMPORTANT!. I've done that 6 meal a day plan for two months, and recently I went on vacation!. It was really hard for me to do the six meal a day plan, but still my body was fine for about a month (recently its been going out of shape due to lack of exercise also)!.
Genetics are also a big factor, but that shouldn't stop you!. It just might be harder to get in shape!.
But trust me, it pays off in the end!. Stay motivated, get up and go for it!.
