andd my friends r skinny!!!!!
i wanna loose weight to be about 100 lbs
andd have a flat stomach andd no extra fat on myy legs!.!.!.
how do i loose weight fast b4 school starts in like august 11!.!. i thinkk!. not pills!!!!

Answers:
Eat mostly fruits and vegeatbles!. Only 4-6 oz!. of meat a day!. No junk food!. Stay away from processed sugars especially!.
Eat a lot through out the day!. Have 3 solid meals but have moderate snacks throughout the day (This will get your metabolism working faster)!. Like some celery and carrot sticks!. Or apples with peanut butter!.
Do a lot of cardio!. and work mostly with your core (stomach area)
You can do butterfly crunches to work that lower part of the stomach where extra fat tends to accumulate on most girls!.
How you do butterfly crunches:
sit on the ground and place the bottoms of your feet together so your legs bend out to the sides!.
Lay back and cross your hands over your chest or keep them at your sides (do not put them behind your head)!.
Then use your stomach muscles to bring yourself off the ground!. Only go untill your shoulder blades are not touching the ground!.!.!. then go back down and repeat!.
To tone up your legs do squats or go for a run!.
You can even to wall squats:
Place your back against a wall with your knees bent in a sitting possition!. It is crutial that you keep your legs at a 90 degree angle or this will not be as effective!.
Stay in this position as long as you can!.
It's very hard and very taxing on your legs!.
Try to do a wall squat for a full minute (it's harder than it sounds) and work your way up from there!.
Another technique is called mountain climbers:
place your feet and hands flat on the ground so your body makes an upside down V!. Idealy you want your hands and feet to be about 2 1/2 - 3 feet apart!.
Start by bringing your right knee up to your chest (make sure you place your foot on the ground when you do this!. Then swich to your left leg!. When doing this correctly you will be doing a little hopping motion when switching legs!. Repeat this for as long at you can (try going for 2 minutes!. Again, harder than it sounds)!.

omg sweetie, you dont need to loose any more weight, im serious!. the healthy weight is 140, you are skinny, in fact almost too skinny in my opinion, but it's your body not mine!.

But if you insist on loosing more, its simple, exercise and eat less!. But not to the point where you're starving yourself!. go for a run if you want to thin up your legs, and if you want a flatter stomach do crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This isn't all the info you need, but celery has negative calories!. Meaning that you burn more calories in the act of eating and digesting celery then you take in from eating it!. eat lots of that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
