How can i lose some wait in not that long of a time?

ive been wanting to lose some wait can anyone help?


Answers:

Cut the carbs, such as breads, pasta, grains and rice. Don't worry about fat, fat is part of a healthy diet. Just go for the meals, exercise and don't be a couch potatoe and your bound to burn more calories then you take in.

And oh yeah, eating fat free foods will actually make you fatter because you will take in more calories do to the fact that Fat makes you feel full.
