Will i lose weight?
here's my diet:
Breakfast: a bowl of fresh fruit(apples,peaches,grapes, etc)
Lunch: sandwich/salad...or nothing...
Dinner: whatever mom makes
Exercise: situps, pushups, and jumping jacks
will this help me lose weight?
Answers:
Ask you Mom to make healthy meals, also, I'd increase you exercise, jog for 30 min 6 days a week, build up to it if that's to much for you. Also, talk to your doctor.
