if you can use limes instead of lemons?

If you used lime juice you would have to use three, because three limes = juice of one lemon. However, it should be known that most health experts believe the main reason people claim to feel better while on that diet is the placeabo effect. There are no studies backing the claims that the master cleanse actually works for anything. If you lose weight on it, it will be mostly water weight with some muscle (your body eats away at your muscle when it goes into starvation mode) and everyone I know who's been on it has suffered severe energy crash to the point that they couldn't lift something simple and their hands shook a lot of the time out of hunger.
