I like, well love to eat. I'm not fat, nor am i chubby. I'm a little under 5 feet and I weigh about 104 lbs. I don't want to cut down on my food intake, because litterally i would die. I love comforting food, but i would like to know what would help me eat healthier but taste good at the same time. My ideal thing that i want is just the gut to be a little more flat. but i don't really know how to do this. any exercise or eating suggestions?

The flat is from muscle, and a lack of fat.. You have to get rid of that little belly fat and then tone it up with some light exercise. The belly fat may be as easy as getting rid of some of the fat content in your diet. It will be good for you in any case. There are several sites that have an exercise program to tone the belly.. Google it...
