All inclusive resort-- And not gaining 15 lbs!!??!

Question: All inclusive resort-- And not gaining 15 lbs!!!?!?
I am going to the Dominican Republic with my family tomorrow for a week at an all-inclusive resort!. I've been to one once before, and there is just all the food you could imagine, at all hours, and I doubt they use anything "non fattening" as they just want you to enjoy and have a good time!.
I have been trying to be healthy for the past few months and have been doing so well!

Can someone give some tips about how I can avoid sabotaging my dieting efforts, I am thinking: fill up on as much fruit, lots of water!.!.!. How many days you think I could eat french toast, sausage, and bagels without feeling like a fat whale and staying in my room!? lol!. Thanks!

Also what alcoholic drinks are low on calories!? Are there any!.!.!. Besides diet soda!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Just eat what you want in moderation!. Do not go back for seconds!. Start breakfast with fruit, eggs, and drink water and hot green tea!. For lunch start with a salad, then eat a lean protein, baked or roasted chicken and a good carb whole grain bread, then finish with hot green tea and lemon!. Do the same for dinner!. Hot green tea and lemon will help speed up digestion and green tea is good for weight loss!. Do not eat after a certain time!. Try Diet Coke and Rum fro a low calorie zero carb drink!. Drink lots of water with lemon to help flush your body!. You could also try a screwdriver(vodka and oj) or even vodka and cranberry juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use the gym facilities religiously when you are there!. i'm talking about putting in some serious sweat equity to keep your shape!. you'll feel better and won't gain pounds!.

last cruise i went on, i made friends with 3 other women and we kept each other faithful to jog the decks each day!. we did it really early, sweated like piglets, but were able to chow down!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
