Question: Help with weightloss & excersise & toning up!?
Ok i'd like to loose a little bit of weight and tone up alot!.

So far i've been eating healthy, nutritious foods & each night 2hrs after dinner i've been going on the treadmill & burning 600 calories every night except sunday i have a rest!. & on fridays i do pilates!.
will this make my legs & stomach smaller instead of making me bulky!?
and also, how long will this take to see results!.

It sounds like you are really on the right track! 600 calories in a workout is great!. Keep it up and you will surely see great results!. Try alternating cardio and some type of weights (pilates is probably good)!. After you build muscle, those muscles help you burn more calories!.
My recommendation is to make sure you don't eat more to compensate for the exercise!. And don't eat right before exercising, as you want to burn fat, not the food and nutrients you just consumed!.
It's also good that you take a day to rest!. I don't think you will bulk up at all!. From personal experience, I've seen results in as little as three weeks, but for sure in a month!. Also, I FEEL the results in as little as two weeks as far as stamina and having more energy!. It makes me feel a lot better! The most important thing is, keep it up! I personally distract myself during weights by watching TV, and when running or on the treadmill, I listen to an IPOD to make the time go faster!. GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Monday- any type of cardio for 30 minutes + 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool down!. Stretch after workout
Tuesday-8 minute buns and 8 minute abs ( both on youtube) + light cardio for 10-15 minutes
Wednesday- interval workout:
1!. warm up- 5 minutes
2!. sprint- 20 seconds
3!. jog at a moderate- fast pace- 1 minute
4!.jog at a moderate pace- 3 minutes
( repeate steps 2-4 4 times total)
5!. cool down- 4 minutes
Thursday- 8 minute legs and 8 minute arms (also on youtube)
Friday- interval workout
1!. warm up- 5 minutes
2!. sprint- 30 seconds
3!. jog at a moderate- fast pace- 2 minutes
4!. jog at a moderate pace- 2 minutes
5!. cool down 4 minutes
Saturday- light cardio- 20 minutes
Sunday-rest

The key to this plan are the interval workouts- they will help you to burn more fat faster!. Keep in mind that for the interval workouts you do not have to jog, you can choose another type of cardio like biking or the elliptical!.

Also try to eat healthily, try to eat about 300 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch and 500 for dinner!. Also remember to snack inbetween meals- this is important!. You should consume about 1500 calories a day!.

Hi, I see by your diet you are heading in the right direction!. If you are looking to tone up you might want to try lifting very lite for toning and cuts!. Lose the sugary drinks and drink lots of water!.

You may look smaller in the stomach and legs, but when losing weight you never know where you will lose body fat from!.

How long it will take to see results depends on you!. If you want fast results up the settings on the treadmill and stay on for longer!. Burn more calories!.

Just remember if you want your body to look the way you imagine, you must focus and be intense!.

well its good that your running 2 hours after eating but at night time isnt a good idea cuz after working out your adreniline is up your wide awake and the next day you probly wont have enough energy to function!. so if you tweek your workout regime and run treadmil inthe morning you will burn more fat and tone up!. keep on eating healthy make sure you get enough protein in your diet especially after each workout protien burns fat and builds muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it!.
Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
