How can I cut out eating junk food?!


Question: How can I cut out eating junk food!?
I've totally cut out sodas that was pretty easy, but the junk food is so much harder!. I'm fourteen, and my mom neither do I know how to cook!. So we usually get fast food!. It's so hard to stop eating junk food though!. What is something I can do to work my way up to not eating junk food at all!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i've tried to cut out on junk foods as well about almost a year ago!.!.and i think i've become successful at it!.!.

first off, you need to look at your purpose, which is the starting point!.!.why do you want to stop eating junk foods!? and then after reflecting on the reasons, you can be more satisfied and eager to go on and pursue your goal!.!.

all it takes is self-control, and determination!.!.as long as you stand firm on your stand against eating junk food, you'll never lose sight of your choice and go head-on to achieving it!.!.

it's also one of those mind-over-matter things!.!.you can opt to try out mentally ceasing yourself from indulging in them if you surround yourself in more of the disadvantages of junk food and the advantages of eating healthy, like cutting off pieces from magazines, search related articles, keep some of them posted in your fridge door!.!.and it's also important that you have an "anti-junk food buddy" with you!.!.coz in this way, you have someone that has the same goal as you, and you can both work together to maintain your desired plan, and it's also helpful at times when you're tempted, you have him/her to remind you and to limit you, and to stengthen you as well when you feel like you wanna give in to some cravings!.!.

You must learn to cook first before you try and stop eating junk food!. Its pretty easy buy a cook book and start following it as it says!. Or you can make salads with pieces of meat!. All you do is take fresh defrosted meat like chicken breasts cut it in small pieces and put the stove on at 5!. Then use a little bit of olive oil in a pan place the chicken in and Fri it until the meat is white and soft taste a small piece to see if its cooked add some sauces you like!. I think if you start cooking buy yourself you would stop eating junk food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find that if I have to have fast food, then Subway is the go ^_^ you could also use the frozen Weight Watchers stuff at the shop if you really don't want to cook!?
I read something in a magazine today, actually - an apple is better at filling you up, if you're hungry before dinner or something, than a bag of chips!. If you're "not hungry enough" for an apple, then you're not hungry enough for some chips/chocolate/whatever!. There's some healthier alternatives to junk food as well :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find healthier snacks and stuff that you like and eat those instead!? It would make it a lot easier to not have junk food around the house too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey once u get used 2 dat its a bit diff 2 stop it!. but u start learning 2 cook ur self a small items/ do eat/ask ur mom 2 make dat sought stuff in ur home!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
