How to get a nice fit body??!


Question: How to get a nice fit body!?!?
Well today is July 20 and school starts August 25!. I want to at least have nice lookin abs with nice triceps and biceps by the time school starts!. Basically I want to gain more muscle but i don't know where to start off!. Firstly i want to gain more muscle on my arms!.!. and secondly i want to gain some nice abs!.!. possibly a 6 pack!.!.!.!. I am kinda skinny so yea i want to thickin up!.!. i also have a fast metabolism !.!.!.!.!. i also heard i need to lose fat first!.!. but like how do i do that!? Please let me know of all this info !

Hey, well i worked out for the last 2 years off and on!. so basicly that dont work you need a routine!. Since you dont have any equipment, your going to have to go back to basics!. Push ups, sit ups, burpees, dips and CHAIR LIFTING!. I never used to have equipment for a while, so i found anything that was reasonably heavy, picked it up and lifted it like it was a weight!. Within 2 weeks my muscles were more toned and slightly bigger!. There are three main body types, your body is obvisouly a hard gainer!. You have to eat way more calories than you would normaly!. You have to work out for shorter periods, so fat can produce and at the same time muscle!. ok so here is the routine i think you should do!.

Try: 45 normal push ups every day, 20 diamond push ups, 50 wide push ups!. 200 sit ups in the morning, 50-100 at night!. -Every day

Monday: Normal daily routine + 50 more normal push ups and some bicep chair lifting!. (as many as possible) Do three sets each day at least or as many as you can!.

Tuesday: Normal routine, + 300 sit ups, 200 normal push ups!. Split up through out the day!.

Wednesday: take a break but do daily routine!.

Thursday: Go for a 20 minute jog around the block or something!. Loose the fat + daily routine!.

Friday: take a break + plus daily routine

Saturday: Take a total break, no routines inless your not swore, then i think you should do your daily stuff!.

Sunday: daily routine + 150 diamond push ups!.

That routine will kill you!. Try to do sets and reps, not all at once lol!.

Food: try bread, full cream milk, eggs, plenty of tuna or chicken, lots of red meats for iron!. pasta is good, dont worry to much bout fat till you bulk first!. Your body type isnt rare and it isnt impossible to becoem big but it takes extra work, you dont have weight equipment so it is hard to work your biceps!. research any exercises your not to sure about!. diamond push ups target-triceps more than chest, wide push ups target-chest mroe than triceps!. Normal push ups are all over but the hardness is not near th wides and diamonds!. hope dat helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a proper diet!. Don't consume excessive calories if you're not going to use most of them, because otherwise it's all just going to end up as unwanted fat!.

Exercise!. You probably hear this all the time, but if you exercise consistently for 30 minutes - 60 minutes each day (or at least three times a week) then you'll start dropping pounds!.!.!.if you keep up with a good diet!.

Drink lots of water!. Doing so helps your body maintain weight by flushing it of unwanted nutrients!.!.!.no pun intended!.

And don't try any short cuts!. Sure, it might lose you some fat fast, but you most likely won't end up keeping it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
