Question: Splenda and sugar substitutes!?
Is Splenda bad to use in drinks like lemonade and Kool-Aid!? I heard it's 600 time sweeter than sugar, but is it bad for our body and for the environment!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People have different views on sugar substitutes!. The difference between Splenda and other sugar subs is that Splenda doesnt have Aspartame which is supposed to be a cancer causing ingredient!. Again, this is based on some studies I dont think it has been determined otherwise it would have been pulled from the shelves!. It is ok to use in lemonade and Kool-aid, anywhere you would use sugar, youcan use Splenda!. As far as the environment, I am not sure about that one!. HTHWww@Answer-Health@Com
