Question: I'm 145, I wanna get to 135!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
How can I get their in a month!. I know portion control, I know to portion control and exercise, but how else!? I wanna get to 135 that's my small time goal, my full goal is 120lbs I'm 5'5 1/2''

There are a lot of foods you can cut out of your diet to whittle your weight down!. I now weigh 114 pounds - I weighed 125 pounds a year ago!. What I did was reduce the amount of sugar I take in so I cut out eating desserts!. I no longer drink pop or juice - only water during the day and occasionally a glass of lemonade!. No dairy products except butter and cheese!. It has made a huge difference for me! I highly recommend it, along with balanced nutrition and of course 5 times a week of working out!. The tried and true caffeine and nicotine diet plan will have you loosing weight seriously fast!. But I wouldn't recommend it!. Very dangerous!

Portion control and exercise are your best bet when it comes to weight loss!. But I would add another dietary maneuver!. Just eat one serving at every meal!. And then get away from the table!. As well avoiding snacks after 8 PM!.

I would suggest doing cardio mixed with weight training!.
Also eat a lot of protein instead of carbs!.
Cut out soda pops and alcohol!.

-Don't eat that much less, but eat it in more portions: Ie 6 meals a day
-exercise
-weights
All these three will increase your metabolism and keep the weight off!.
