Omg its soo hard to start a diet?

i was goin to start today, and the 1st day and i already messed up. im sooo mad!!!! can somebody help me!!!

Instead of rapidly switching to an harsh diet, start the first three days by simply changing your habbits. Don't eat junk food for three days, and whenever you get a craving for it grab a peice of fruit. Cut out white bread by switching to whole wheat. Have an omelet each morning so you feel less tempted to binge on food all day. Eat as little processed food as possible. Eat lots of vegetables and try having less red meat. Gradually make small changes and then in a week you'll be ready to start a diet and it should be pretty easy since you're already eating healthy.
