Am i eating too much or not enough...can't lose weight?!
Question: Am i eating too much or not enough!.!.!.can't lose weight!?
here is what i ate for five days, days not shown are similar:
day 1
hand full of peacans and yogurt
large salad with dressing and chicken
1 serving of diced peaches
2 yogurts
day 2
yogurt and 5 slices of bacon
salad with dressing and cheese
grapes (a lot)
2 bags of popcorn
hand ful of peacans
day 3
two chicken salad sandwhiches on wheat
1 serving of peach slices
2 servings of apple juice
1 apple
2 yogurts
day 4
1 serving of apple juice
potatoe salad 1 1/2 cups
grapes (a lot)
1 slice of cake
2 apples
small salad with dressing
day 5
1 banana
1 yogurt
grapes
1 cup of peacans
1 apple
cheese burger with ketchup, ranch O, T and Pickles
small fry
This is what I ate in one day, each day!.!.!.with water!. I work out 2 times a day with at least 20 minutes of cardio each time!.!.!.my body looks more toned, but haven't lost a pound!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think you are eating too much, but I think you are eating the wrong foods!.
While you are on a health kick, go to wieght watchers!.
They will tell you what to eat, when to eat and you can have fun too!. Drag a friend along with you!. I draged a friend with me and she lost 25 kgs (about 50 pounds)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you tone, your muscle builds!. You need to see if you are loosing inches not pounds!. Muscle weighs more than fat so eventually you will hit a point where you look like you aren't loosing!.
Just watch the inches, if your clothing is getting baggy, you are loosing!.

Probably everything you eat is being turned into muscle or is being used up for energy!.
