Is it true that the first 10 lbs is the easiest to loose & then then rest is hard to loose?

Ok so Im 24 years old & trying to eat healthy & loose weight....I have lost 10 lbs & now it seems to being slowing down a little. I lost the first 10 lbs reasonably fast now im fighting to get the rest off.......any suggestions!?!

Its true, because as soon as you go on a diet your fat cells let go of a lot of water and you end up losing water weight. Also because if your diet is high in fiber, you lose the weight of the food that was in your digestive tract. The rest will come off more slowly, but don't crash diet to get it off faster because then you'll gain it all back. Just accept that you can't lose a pound or two a week and don't get discouraged if you don't lose weight one week. The weight will come off slowly but steadily and you'll be more likely to stay fit for a long time.
