Am i sleeping too much?!
Question: Am i sleeping too much!?
im a 16 year old boy and am currently on summer vacation!. i am not in summer school and do not have much going on, so to pass time, i sleep in everyday until noon or even a little later!. i am going to sleep every night at around 1 and even then its hard to go to sleep!. am i sleeping to much!? and when school starts up again will i be able to get back into my regular routine of 6-8 hours of sleep!? also i've put about 5 pounds this summer, could it be from too much sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know if sleep can make you gain weight, but you burn calories when you sleep!. i have the same problem as you when i go on a break, and then getting into routine when i return to work!.
you should start doing exercise, because that will tire you and you may need sleep before 1am, then you'll prolly get up earlier and slowly you will get into routine for school!. eat healthy and well, no sugar at night, or caffeine - it stimulates and activates your mind and your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
