Dieting and exercising?!

Dieting and exercising?

im planning to start a new diet tomorrow and i was wondering what are some good habits i should make. im trying to lose about 5lbs by septemeber. i also wonder what are some good and healthy snacks to eat on a diet. is it ok to eat fruits whenever you want on a diet and have it not weighing you down? any help would be helpful :)

jumproping in 10 minute incriments 3-5 times a day, water 8 glasses a day, cut down on cheese, sweets,fats, fried foods, etc.. only weight urself 1nce a week or you'll get discouraged. Sure you can eat fruit, but don't eat too much u'll get sick, and they will weigh u down. Exercise, eat right, and think healthwise and you'll do great!
