Question: Is my diet balanced enough!?
Today I ate:
Oats with blueberries and strawberries
Half a cucumber, tomato & chicken sandwich (brown bread, low fat spread)
1 cup of spinach
Half a banana
Chicken breast with broccoli, cauliflower, brown rice and low-sodium, low-sugar baked beans!.
An apple
I drank water and two cups of de-caffeinated tea (with skimmed milk)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds pretty good!. wow you are like one of the first people in here that actually makes sense when you list your diet choice!.
i just hope that you didnt eat all that at once!.
i like how you added a whole bunch of veggies and fruits and you did eat protein sources(chicken & beans)!.
just make sure that you mix things up every day so you wont get bored of eating the same things!. you know just add in different vegetables and different fruits and a different meat source(possibly a fish plate or some lean beef)
its also good that you are adding skim milk to your diet because its important to take in calcium to repelenish bones and support muscle function!.
