american 0 = uk 4
2= 6
4=8
6=10
8=12
10=14
please specify which country u r talking about!. i was too big for a uk 14 last month (gained weight in exam time) - but can now squeeze into my size 12s!. i just decided a few days aga these were both too big and now want to be a 10!.

Its natural to want to be a size smaller, the key is to be happy with what you have and to try to flaunt the areas that you are comfortable with and hide the areas that your not!. Even though I'm giving advice I know how you feel, I'm a US 4-6 and want to be like a 2!.!.!. so I still need to work on it too!.!.!. but I guess the first step is always admitting the problem right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
