Question: Why arent i losing any weight!. Whats the best way for me to lose weight healthy!?
i am 5!.7 and currently 10!.3, i have used to be 9!.5 and was very confortable at thet weight!. i have joined and gone a least three times a week to the gym!. i eat healthy and cut of choc and takeways!. i have been doing this for 3 month and im excatly the same weight!.
i am concerned that i will never be able to get back to 9!.5

why and what will actually make me lose weight!? i dont know what else i can do!.

There's a daily calorie needs calculator here http://www!.freedieting!.com/tools/calorie!.!.!. that can help you figure out how many cals a day you can eat to lose weight, based on your activity level!.

Shoot for 5 days a week of exercise, and at least 1 hr a day!. Three days is more a maintenance schedule!.!.!.eat right, watch your calories, and remember if you are working out you may be building muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat so it's not unusual to see the scales stay the same, or go up slightly, when first starting a diet/exercise program!. When your clothes start fitting differently (a bit loose) is when you can really tell you're heading in the right direction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to pay attention to alot more than cutting out chocolate (which really isn't a problem) & take out food (which is)!. You need to eat lots of green veggies, lean meat (protein) drink lots of water and cut out bread & other starches such as white potatoes/rice/pasta!. There are some books out there for guidance!.!.!.!. such as Eat Clean and the Ab Diet depending on what eating habits you have!. Find one that is right for you!.

Make sure your gym exercises include cardio which helps burn off the fat!.!.!.!.such as 1/2 hour on a tread mill or cross trainer or spinning classes!. Go for walks on the days you don't go for the gym!.
