ok so i am
14 years old girl!.
weight :118 pounds , 54 kg
height:5 feet 3 inches , 159cm
BMR:1450!.2
need to loose in a month: 12 pounds 6 kg

i can go to the gym everyday for a month!.!.!.!.
How many calories should i burn in the gym to loose 4 pounds 2kg per week!?!?
what machines to use!?!?
how much calories should i eat!?!?
should i go day or night before or after lunch!?!?
how to tone up my thighs nd stomach!?!?
is bicycling useful in loosing weight!?!?

You need to ask your doctor about the right weight for you, and if you are not on target, discuss a fitness plan!.

If you mess around with your weight, eating habits and exercise schedule by asking anyone on the internet, you will quickly end up in the hospital!.

At your age, you should be able to eat what you know is healthy, go for a bike ride because it is fun, and just have a good time as long as you have done your homework!.

Don't ever let anyone but your doctor or your parents tell you anything different - it's wrong, and too may of the people you might think look great are actually very unhealthy, and most likely quite unhappy as well!.
