ok i'm 14, i weight 119 and i'm 5 3" and i'm a boy!. i really want a six pack for the pool and stuff!. i do run sometimes and i go on bike rides a lot!. i do stomach exercises and i do bench press and bicep curls!. but i really want a six pack!. what can i do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing sit ups while holding weights!. Maybe you should slightly increase your protein intake as well!. You might not be getting enough to gain muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
